Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)

Sending phishing or fraudulent emails

Distributing malware or harmful content

Attempting to circumvent usage limits

Reverse engineering our software

Reselling access without authorization

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

SendScope offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You engage in activities that harm our service or other users
• We receive complaints about spam or abuse from your campaigns
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. EMAIL DELIVERABILITY DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
